产品描述:

N6022是一种S-nitrosoglutathione reductase (GSNOR)的选择性，可逆性抑制剂，其IC50为8 nM ，Ki为2.5 nM 。Phase 1/2。

体外研究:

N6022对A549上皮肺细胞显示出有限的脱靶活性和低细胞毒性。[2]

体内研究:

N6022 (30毫克/千克，静脉注射或口服)在哮喘小鼠模型中改善支气管狭窄和肺部炎症。
