产品描述:

Liraglutide是一种长效的胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）激动剂。

体外研究:

Liraglutide在人血管内皮细胞（hVECs）中，减弱PAI-1的诱导作用以及VAM的表达。在糖尿病性血管疾病所诱导的内皮细胞功能障碍中，它可能具有一定的保护作用。在体外实验中，liraglutide依赖于GLP-1R，抑制PAI-1和VAM的刺激性表达。
