Lesinurad是一种具有选择性的尿酸重吸收抑制剂。

URAT1

体外研究:

Lesinurad抑制hURAT1（人URAT1）的尿酸运输活性（IC50=3.36 μM），这一抑制作用是其对rURAT1（大鼠URAT1）的抑制作用的20倍以上（IC50=74.84 μM）。Lesinurad 通过关键的氨基酸残基Phe365的相互作用抑制hURAT1。
